British Esports Teams and Rugby Players Join Coronavirus Charity Event | Kotaku UK

YANA, a charity event aiming to unite 10 million people and raise money for Covid-19 relief, kicks off this weekend.Originally a 12-hour livestream, the event will now run longer, kicking off at 06:00 BST tomorrow, May 2, and running until midnight.
Major UK studios likes Codemasters and Sports Interactive have already pledged their support , but the line-up now features appearances from the worlds of both traditional and online sports.Premiership rugby players from Bath, Exeter Chiefs, Leicester Tigers and more will be teaming up with professional Fortnite players from 13:00, while UK esports organisation Excel will be live-coaching League of Legends fans, with the winning team claiming a year of free BT broadband.
